MICHAEL SAHN INTERVIEWED BY LIBN ON HOW ASSOCIATES MAKE PARTNER

Michael Sahn, the Managing Member of the Firm, was interviewed by Long Island Business News on what it takes in today's practice for associates to become partners at law firms. In discussing the Firm's outlook, he said, "We're very committed to hiring people who have just graduated and training them so they fit within our firm's culture and learn to practice the way we practice law, and cultivating them so they develop into lawyers who distinguish themselves."

He also discussed the recent promotions of two Associates at the Firm, John Christopher and Jason Horowitz, to Partner. "Both of these attorneys have worked with me in representing municipal clients. They have earned the trust of clients, and both have begun to develop their own clientele, as well as demonstrating, in different ways, service to the community and the legal profession," he said.

Mr. Sahn also commented that the promotions come as the result of the effort the attorneys put in. "In terms of sustaining the firm into the future, it's important to reward people who have worked hard for us," he said. "As far as we're concerned, they’re the next generation for the firm."
